Great Game - improvements needed

I love the game and the idea. However, there are minor things to be improved.

1) save plane templates. I dont want to configure a plane each time I buy it.

2) Id like to change seat prices easier and faster. Right now you have to open an extra window. Thats not efficient enough

3) please make more graphics / videos available. When you start a new route youll see the same video each time

4) no disaster and plane crashes?
